Membership


Membership in the Foundation Against Ritual Killings and Child Trafficking is open to all who share the organization’s vision, purposes and vision, wish to help to promote the organization’s values, and have paid a due in the form of an annual membership fee.


 

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in this organization shall be open to all who share the organization’s vision, purposes and vision, and have paid a due in the form of an annual membership fee.

Members in good standing shall have the right to vote during the regular, annual or special meetings of the organization. No member may vote by proxy. Members in good standing shall also have the right to run for all electoral positions within the organization. However, may run for the post of President, Secretary or Treasurer only those members who have been members of the organization for at least five (5) years.

Any member may resign by filing a written resignation with the secretary. Resignation shall not relieve a member of unpaid dues, or other charges previously accrued. A member can have their membership terminated by a majority vote of the membership.

The board shall have the authority to establish and define non-voting categories of membership.

DUES

The dues of this organization shall be $50 (Fifty dollars) per member per annum and shall be payable upon membership acquisition and thereafter at the anniversary date of each membership acquisition. All members, including members of the Board of Directors must pay their dues to their organization to remain members of the organization.
